Yes, all our license keys are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized channels. Each key is valid for activation on the respective platform (Microsoft, Norton, etc.).

After receiving your key, go to Settings → Update & Security → Activation on your Windows PC, or open the respective software and enter the product key when prompted. We provide step-by-step activation guides for each product.

Our license keys are lifetime licenses unless specified otherwise on the product page. Once activated, they remain valid for the life of the hardware they are installed on.

Most license keys are valid for a single PC installation, as stated on each product page. Some products like Microsoft 365 Family allow multiple device installations — check the product details for specifics.

We offer refunds for unused/unactivated keys within 7 days of purchase. Once a key has been activated, it cannot be refunded as it becomes tied to your Microsoft/software account. For details, see our Refund Policy page.
